For individual training programs offered from Ifield Further Learning & Global Education, no refund will be made once purchase is made. There is one chance for the learner to re-schedule on the enrolled training program. Once rescheduling has been made, there will be no more rescheduling is permitted.   

Once the user has made the payment and accessed the training content, no refund would be permitted.

Training
If a user is enrolled in a training that has been withdrawn by Ifield, he/she will be entitled to 100% refund within 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) of the training program being withdrawn and the refund would be initiated by Ifield Education. 
 

SVI Skills Assessment 
No refund/cancellation would be permitted after payment for SVI Services.    

SVI Intern/Graduate Matchmaking Services

SVI- SkillsDirect , once all conditions have been met, no refund/cancellation would be permitted after payment. If the intern/graduate decided not to continue after 6 months, there will be 40%  refund from the fees already paid. 

SVI- Changemaker, once all conditions have been met, no refund/cancellation is allowed after payment. If the intern/graduate decided not to continue after 6 months, there will be 40% refund from the fees already paid. 

SVI – Interns/Graduate Matchmaking Guaranteed Placement, no refund/cancellation would be permitted after payment. To claim a refund under the placement guarantee, please refer to the Guaranteed Job/Internship Program.

In case of violation of any Terms and Conditions, Ifield Further Learning & Global Education reserves the right to refuse or cancel the refund request.
